Required to take part in any form of exercise at the Senior Center. Must be renewed annually.

Cable Discount Form

For those 63 and over, a 2% reduction on basic service. You need a copy of your driver’s license or birth certificate and a utility or tax bill to prove your age and residence. These copies must accompany the application form.
