Morgan Street rehabilitation, between Route 116 and East Street, began on Nov 16th. Milling for this portion of Morgan Street has been completed. A levelling course has also been laid from East street to the Mosier/Park intersection; the levelling layer for the remaining segment from the Mosier/Park intersection to Route 116 will be laid this fall. Residents should expect delays and seek alternate routes where possible. A finish pavement course will be installed next spring. The project is being implemented by Mass DOT.
