Estate Planning Seminar Offered
at the South Hadley Public Library
The South Hadley Public Library will offer a free Estate Planning
Seminar on Monday, September 13 at 6:30. This program is free and open
to the public with no pre-registration required.
Attorney Maureen C. Tobin will cover important topics such as durable
power of attorney, a health care proxy, wills, and trusts.
Attorney Tobin is part of the Springfield firm of Cooley Shrair in their
Estate Planning and Taxation Department. A Northampton native, Maureen
has worked for more than 20 years in the life insurance and financial
services industry, giving her proven experience in estate, tax, business
succession, Medicaid and retirement planning. Maureen has taught
undergraduate business law and paralegal courses at the Isenberg School
of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Our Lady of
the Elms College.
