REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS FOR
SIGN REGULATIONS ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBERS
The South Hadley Planning Board is beginning an effort to review the Town’s Sign Regulations. The objective of this review is to develop modern sign regulations which could be incorporated into the Town’s General Bylaws and/or replace the Zoning Bylaw’s provisions on signs. The overall objective is to provide opportunities for installation and use of signage consistent with the character of South Hadley, the Goals of the Master Plan while respecting the rights provided under the State and Federal constitutions/statutes and providing the Town with enforceable sign regulations.
The Planning Board is seeking volunteers to serve on an advisory committee to undertake this effort. The Committee is anticipated to function for 6-9 months.
