New Special Permit Application and Rules and Regulations
At their meeting on December 13, 2010, the Planning Board conducted a public hearing on new Special Permit Rules and Regulations including a new application form. The purposes of the new Rules and Regulations and application form are primarily to have applicants relate their application to the adopted Master Plan and to provide the Planning Board with more information on which to make decisions on Special Permit applications. The new Rules and Regulations and Application Form were filed with the Town Clerk's Office on December 14, 2010. Any new Special Permit application must conform to the new Rules and Regulations.
