	The information below includes all of the parents handouts for our fall sport registrations. Registrations closed July 11; however, there are still openings for selected programs.

Soccer, Field Hockey and K-2 Football Registration Form	Download the registration form for our various recreation level youth sport programs. Please note, this form cannot be used for grades 3-8 football and PVJSL soccer.

PVJSL Soccer	Information attached about PVJSL travel soccer. Rosters are limited to 18 players per age group and practices begin in early August. This is for children in grades 3-8.
