The 1st Monday in April, every year.

Annual Town Meeting
The 2nd Saturday in May @ 9:00 a.m. Town Hall Auditorium.

Board of Health
Varies according to members’ schedules. Always on a Tuesday. Town Hall.

The Council on Aging
The second Monday of every month at 7 p.m.  When a holiday falls on the second Monday, the meeting is usually held the third Monday of the month. Council on Aging, Dayton St.

Conservation Commission
The third Monday of the month. 7 pm, excluding holidays. Town Hall.

Cable Advisory Board
The third Thursday of the month (not necessarily every month). South Hadley High School.

Recreation Commission
The second Tuesday of every month at 6pm. (subject to change). Town Hall.

Board of Assessors
The 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month 10:00 a.m. Room 1, Town Hall.

Library Trustees
The first Monday evening of each month, excluding Holidays. South Hadley Public Library, Bardwell St.
