To place a message on the community message board, simply send an email to shctv15@gmail.com with the following guidleines in mind:

1) Please only list the "who", when, where and why" of your event or announcement in the BODY of your email

2) Please DO NOT SEND ATTACHMENTS or jpg files of posters or flyers. Attachments can host viruses and we don't want our computers to catch any colds :}

3) keep it "short and sweet" (under 50 words) since there is limited space on the TV screen and each page lasts approximately 20 seconds. {HINT: The best thing to do is time yourself reading your message and make sure it isn't longer than 20 seconds.}

4) if your posting does not have a specific date or is a "non-event" please provide a "remove date" so the message will not linger on the message board longer than necessary. Messages can be posted for up to six months.

5) remember these postings are only for non-profit events and/or organizations and commercial postings are NOT allowed.

6) please allow up to two weeks for your message to be posted. However, messages usually get posted a few days after we receive them...but this may change depending on the workload.

These guidelines have been established because we receive a very large amount of postings and we need to maximize our efficiency when uploading messages.
