Request a Zoom License to Hold a Meeting
South Hadley Boards and Committees may meet by Zoom. Use of a Zoom license procured by and assigned to the Town of South Hadley is for use only by municipally-elected or appointed boards/committees solely for the purpose of general government. Read the Selectboard-approved Zoom policies, here.
Meeting agendas must still be posted at least 48 hours in advance of your meeting to the Agenda Center and to the Calendar.
To request use of a South Hadley Zoom license, click here and complete the form. The licenses rotate to ensure there is no double booking among boards and committees. You will need to request a license each time you wish to hold a meeting. It will be a different license assigned to you each time; you may not re-use the license to which you were first assigned. See a calendar of current Zoom license reservations here.
PLEASE NOTE: This form only procures the one-time use of a Zoom license. It does not create the meeting in Zoom or add it to the town website's agenda center or calendar. You will still need to perform all of those steps once you've requested a Zoom license.
If you are having a reservation issue, please email Executive Assistant to Administration Kristin Maher at kmaher@southhadleyma.gov for assistance. Please reach out more than 48 hours in advance of your proposed meeting date to ensure a timely response. Watch Zoom tutorials and how-to's here.
