Thank you to our South Hadley volunteers that participated during the month of September in the CT River Source to Sea Cleanup, sponsored by the Connecticut River Conservancy. You joined over 1,300 volunteers across four states to haul nearly 35 tons of trash from our rivers. GREAT WORK! A big THANK YOU to the seven (!!) teams that participated in South Hadley -  Team LaRoche; Lions, Pegasi, and Bears, Oh My!; Dartmouth Club of Pioneer Valley; South Hadley High School National Honor Society; State Representative Daniel R. Carey; Team Cleanup; and the Harvard Club of Western Mass. Thank you also to the South Hadley Department of Public Works for picking up all of the bagged trash and other collected debris and hauling it off to the Transfer Station.
