[ARCHIVED] Mobile vaccination clinic held today for ages 5-11 at SHHS

The South Hadley School District has been approved for a mobile vaccination clinic. The clinic, set for Nov. 18,  will serve all elementary/middle school students (ages 5-11) in this district, in addition to families and school staff.

DATE: November 18, 2021

TIME: 2:30-6:30 PM

LOCATION: South Hadley High School 153 Newton Street. 

VACCINE BRAND administered will be Pfizer only.

This clinic will provide COVID vaccines only. There will be NO flu shots administered at this clinic.

Registration is required. The link for pre-registration can be found here. The link also provides all the necessary consents that must be provided to successfully register. If you have any trouble registering, you can reach out to Public Health Director Sharon Hart at 413-315-7307. Consent cannot be granted by phone.

All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 

Everyone wishing to receive a vaccine MUST pre-register at the link provided above. 

Any adult (parent or staff member) wishing to receive a vaccine booster MUST bring their vaccine cards to the clinic in order to verify their vaccine status.

Pediatric and adult vaccines will both be available at this clinic

The mobile vaccine clinic will return to the same location on Dec. 9 from 2:30-6:30 p.m. to provide second doses of vaccine to those who received their first dose on Nov. 18.
