THE “HERO” ACT has changed eligibility for the motor vehicle exemption for a veteran with a service-connected disability.
If you have a Veterans Affairs combined service-connected disability rating of 100% or be individually unemployable due to your service-connected disability, your motor vehicle excise bill should be abated in FULL!!
