All dogs over 6 months old must be registered annually in South Hadley. The registration period runs from January 1 to March 31 each year. A late fee of $5.00 will be assessed if the dog license is not renewed by April 1.
A copy of your dog's current rabies vaccination is required to license your dog, and the appropriate fee ($15 per dog if spayed/neutered, $20 per dog if unspayed/unneutered).
How to register your dog:
- Online through Viewpoint Cloud
- In-person in the Town Clerk's office during office hours (Cash or Check ONLY, Monday - Thursday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Fridays 8:30 am to 12:00 pm)
- By mail - you may use the tear-off form on your Census and return it with the appropriate fee and a copy of the rabies vaccination.
