You can search for your expiring license by address or licensee name.
When you find your license, click Renew next to it. Add New Dog Tag Info with current rabies information and delete the old tag.
You can submit your application and pay using a credit/debit card or Paypal account. You may also drop your payment off or send payment to:

Once your application is processed the license will be issued and mailed to you along with your dog tag(s).
