As a key step in this process, the Town is inviting residents to complete a brief survey about local housing needs. Community input received will inform the Town’s work to develop the housing study that will assess current and future needs for housing, and help assure that future resident development is consistent with the community's needs and goals.
The survey is open through November 15 online. (Please click on the link at the bottom of this message for the survey.)
Paper copies of the survey can be picked up and returned at Town Hall at 116 Main Street, the Public Library at 2 Canal Street, the U.S. Post Office at 1 Hadley Street, and the Thirsty Mind Coffee Shop at the Village Common.
The survey asks residents about the kinds of homes they believe are need are needed for the future and where these homes should be built.
