South Hadley Public Health Director / Emergency Management Director Sharon Hart is aware of and closely monitoring reports from state and federal agencies as well as regional health partners in respect to Coronavirus Disease 2019 or COVID-19. Testing has begun at the Massachusetts State Public Health Laboratory for COVID-19, in accordance with guidance from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. While currently the threat remains low in Massachusetts, we will continue to monitor this rapidly evolving situation and encourage citizens to practice good hygiene.
