REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - LEGAL NOTICE
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B, the Town of South Hadley, acting through its Board of Assessors will accept sealed proposals for Fiscal 2017 Valuation Update for Real and Personal Property Values.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) may be obtained by contacting the Board of Assessors, 116 Main Street, Room 104, South Hadley, MA. 01075, (413) 538-5017 x202. RFP may be obtained in person between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday beginning Monday, February 29, 2016. RFP’s will be made available until Wednesday, March 9, 2016. Proposals will be accepted during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at the office of the Board of Assessors, 116 Main Street, Room 104, South Hadley, MA. 01075.
The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or waive any irregularities or minor omissions deemed not in the best interest of the Town of South Hadley.
All information pertaining to the contractors technical and management approach to completing this project as well as the proposed cost, timetable and staffing plan shall be presented in the proposal. The proposal must address, at minimum, each of the issues set forth in the Request for Proposals in order to be considered responsive. Any proposal, which does not respond to each issue in the Request for Proposals, shall be rejected by the Assessors as non-responsive. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to apply.
